Hi, I’m Vale.

Are you looking for a personalized training plan to help you succeed in your next running goal?

Do you prefer sharing a weekly training session with like-minded runners?

Is your running practice lacking sufficient structure and consistency?

Whatever your starting point is, I’ve got you. All you need to do is lace up and show up.

Personal coaching: what’s your goal?

The key to success is having a clear and specific goal you are going to work towards. This goal will make you show up day after day, no matter how hard it gets.

Start running.

Build up your endurance, from zero to 30 minutes of continuous running. Train towards your first 5k.

Maintain endurance.

Maintain your aerobic endurance and become faster. Improve your performance in mid-distance.

Enhance endurance.

Complete your first half/full marathon, or improve your time in the long distance.

Identify your goal and I’ll prepare a training plan to help you achieve it.

About me.

I believe that having a positive impact on another person’s life is one of the greatest accomplishments any human being can achieve. It starts with taking care of oneself first, and then letting the positive influence reach thousands and millions.

As a running coach, my ultimate goal is to inspire people to go after their dreams and deepest aspirations. I want to be the catalyst for people to become a better version of themselves, and motivate them to get out of their own way to reach their true potential.
