My mission statement.

I’ve been running almost my entire life, but it was about 15 years ago that I discovered my passion for the sport and was happily hooked with it ever since.

Running has taught me so many valuable lessons, one of them being that with hard work and dedication I’m capable of achieving anything I set my mind into.

My mission is to inspire positivity and self-confidence. Empowerment and hard work. I want to help people become their best version and not waste their energy.

Everyone has so much potential but aren’t doing anything because of some reason in their heads. My purpose as a running coach is to make people realize that. To make them want to push harder, to get out of their own way and go do what they think they can’t.
